The SHE MEANS BUSINESS CAMPAIGN celebrates the vision and brilliance of female business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs and just remarkable boss ladies!
This campaign will share stories of women who have worked hard and overcome hurdles to find success.
The purpose of this campaign is to inspire other women who are carving their own paths in business, and celebrate the women who are doing it daily with confidence and grace. We want to remind you that your story deserves to be celebrated, no matter where you are in your journey.
Each participant will experience a magazine worthy photo and video shoot with both a Professional Photographer and Social Media Strategist.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Sessions will take place in our studio in Cookstown, or your own work location within Simcoe County.
Every session will include the following:
Pre-Session
- Style and Concept Consultation
- Pre Session Wardrobe Guidance
- Mood Board
- Unlimited access to both Bobbi-Jo and Natasha before the session to ask any questions regarding your session
Photo Shoot
- Relaxed, guided posing for natural, yet powerful results.
- Safe, private and comfortable space for your session
- On Site professional hair and makeup (if required)
Content Creation
- Behind the scenes video footage
- Full edited video for Insta Reels or Tiktok
- B-Roll video footage
- Guided social media videos
Post-Session
- Private viewing session of images and help with choosing your favourite usable images

- Invite Only ticket to a Celebration Event at end of campaign

This Campaign is designed to:

- Change the way you see yourself in photos. This experience is guided, supportive, and confidence driven, so you finally recognize the woman everyone else already sees.
- Turn your story into legacy content. Your images and editorial feature live beyond social media, inside a magazine, a movement, and a growing archive of women in business.
- Inspire Others. Your story can change the way other business women see themselves and inspire them to show up and glow up as well! We hope to create a movement and community of like-minded and driven women who want to lift each other up!

Bobbi-Jo is a portrait and branding photographer with over 15 years of business experience. She helps business owners and creatives level up their visual presence with authentic and honest photographs that can be used all over the internet, in print, on billboards and more!
NATASHA LONDONO
SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST
Natasha is a Certified Virtual Assistant and Social Media Marketing Manager who helps business owners take their social media presence to the next level.
She helps small business owners grow from the ground up with clear strategy, intentional content, and marketing that connects, converts, and builds real community.

How do I apply?

How are participants selected?
All participants are selected through an application process. We review each story to ensure it aligns with the vision and values of the campaign. There is no cost to apply.
What happens after I apply?
If your story is selected, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps, scheduling details, and payment information. You only pay once you are officially accepted into the campaign.
What does the fee include?
The investment includes the full campaign experience such as planning, a magazine style photoshoot with professional photographer, video content creation with a social media expert, expert posing guidance, full page spread in a magazine, final event ticket, and campaign access as outlined on this page. There are two different fee options — one will have the option of professional hair and makeup with one of our experts and more final images.
Do I get the digital copy of my images?
After your session we will meet for a guided proofing session of all your best images. You may choose the selected number of images included in your session, plus you may add on any extra images you wish at an additional fee. All purchased and included images will be delivered to you digitally.
Can I use the images and videos how I wish?
Of course! All included and purchased images you select are yours! You receive usage rights for personal branding, marketing, and promotional use. Full usage details will be provided in your agreement
What if I do not feel comfortable in front of the camera? Is this still a good fit for me?
YES! Most of the women featured feel exactly the same way at first. This campaign was created specifically for women who want to feel confident, seen, and empowered in photos without pressure or awkward posing. Plus hanging out with Bobbi-Jo and Natasha will put you at ease, you will forget its a photo shoot and just a hang-out with friends!
What do I wear or bring?
You don’t need to stress about styling. We do the homework for you.
Each campaign participant will have a minimum of three curated looks. Our team creates a personalized mood board with exact guidance on what to wear, what to bring, and how each look will photograph on camera.
We ask that you bring:
- The outfits outlined in your mood board
- Accessories only (shoes, jewelry, layers as recommended)
Everything is intentional and aligned with the campaign’s visual direction.
Your only job is to show up. We guide you through the rest.
How personal do I need to get in sharing my story?
Your safety and comfort is always most important to us.
You are welcome to share as much as you want, but you are in control of your own boundaries throughout the whole process.
We highlight strength, leadership, and impact in a way that feels aligned and authentic to you. Your feature will be shaped around the parts of your journey you want seen and told.
Can I bring other people to my session? What if I have a team?
If more than one person on your team wants to apply for the campaign, we can definately do the sessions together! You will get more time with us which means more images, video and looks.
Each person will be responsible for their own fees and image selections separately.
